Are essential aspects to analyze.In the last two years we have witnessed a real disorientation on the part of workers. The sudden change in the working paradigm has brought with it numerous pitfalls for Italian employees, such as the possibility of falling into burnout. rapid emotional and physical exhaustion due to excessive work commitment.
